From the Additional Options setting, you can see a unique ID for your form and also set a customized message in the form.
Note that these custom messages are fallback messages when the browser does not display one. This custom message will not override the standard messages that the server provides, as they cannot be customized. The custom messages may occasionally be generated when there is a server conflict that prevents the form from being sent.
